Heritage Awards

Following the success of the 2011 Heritage Awards planning is underway for 2012. The Awards have been expanded and both reward and encourage heritage conservation in the community. The Awards are a partnership between the Shire and the National Trust.

The categories are:

  • Heritage trade skills

The Shire’s Heritage Adviser, Lorraine Huddle, will sit on the judging panel with National Trust representatives. An Awards ceremony to be hosted by the Shire will be held on Friday 18 May.

Award applications will be available from February 21 on the Shire and National Trust website www.nattrust.com.au/
